▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel, comprises three-dimensional graphene aerogels, carbon nanotubes, metal ions and anionic surfactants dispersed in the three-dimensional graphene aerogel. The density of the three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel is 1-10 mg/cm3. USE - The aerogel is useful in a flexible sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has low density, good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties; and utilizes anionic surfactants which can effectively anchor metal ions and make metal ions to serve as molecular bridges between graphene oxide layers, reduce the transition energy barrier of electrons, and efficiently disperse carbon nanotubes without causing structural defects on the surface of carbon nanotubes, and without introducing oxygen-containing groups. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel, comprising mixing a metal salt aqueous solution, an anionic surfactant aqueous solution, carbon nanotubes, and graphene oxide to perform a hydrothermal self-assembly reaction to obtain a graphene oxide/carbon nanotube hydrogel, mixing graphene oxide/carbon nanotube hydrogel, reducing agent, and acetic acid, and performing a reduction reaction; and (2) flexible sensor, comprising a packaging material and a first electrode sheet, a first conductive layer, a three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel, a second conductive layer, and a second electrode sheet that are sequentially stacked in the packaging material, and the first electrode sheet and the second electrode sheet are connected with wires.
