NOVELTY - The graphene thermoacoustic speaker (100) and novel material has a sound wave generating unit (200) provided with a grid structure support layer (220) for supporting a graphene thin film (210). The first electrode (140) and second electrode (150) are formed for applying the electric signal in the graphene thin film. USE - Graphene thermoacoustic speaker. ADVANTAGE - The sound pressure level is improved. The heat loss of the substrate is reduced. Thus the influence of the substrate is reduced.
