NOVELTY - Preparing an embedded lithium iron manganese phosphate positive electrode material involves mixing raw materials including lithium source, iron source, manganese source, phosphorus source, carbon source, additive and solvent to obtain a first mixed slurry. The additive includes a surfactant. The first mixed slurry is grinded to obtain a second mixed slurry, and dried the second mixed slurry to obtain a precursor. The precursor is calcined in a protective atmosphere to obtain the intercalated lithium iron manganese phosphate cathode material. USE - Method for preparing an embedded lithium iron manganese phosphate positive electrode material used for lithium ion battery, and for electrical equipment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared lithium iron manganese phosphate positive electrode material has excellent electrochemical performance.
