▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally friendly graphene nano wallpaper, comprises e.g. (i) mixing styrene, polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 2000 to obtain dispersion liquid, (ii) mixing phenolic resin and epoxy resin to obtain resin mixed solution, (iii) adding the nano-scale graphene into the dispersion liquid, performing first ultrasonic oscillation to obtain primary dispersion, then adding into the dispersion liquid, heating to obtain secondary dispersion, then adding secondary dispersion into the resin mixed solution and oscillating to obtain graphene slurry, (iv) mixing ultra-fine active carbon particles, polypropylene, activated carbon fiber to obtain active formaldehyde adsorbent, (v) spraying the graphene slurry on surface of PVC wallpaper and drying, (vi) spraying graphene slurry on the PVC wallpaper, (vii) spraying active formaldehyde adsorbent on PVC wallpaper surface, and (viii) placing the PVC wallpaper sprayed with active formaldehyde adsorbent, drying and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing environmentally friendly graphene nano wallpaper. ADVANTAGE - The wallpaper: absorbs formaldehyde in air; and is pollution-free and suitable for people's health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing environmentally friendly graphene nano wallpaper, comprises (i) mixing 20-40 pts. wt. styrene, 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 400 and 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 2000 into a high speed cutting mill and grinding for 10-30 minutes at a high rotating speed of 550 revolutions/minute to obtain dispersion liquid, (ii) mixing phenolic resin and epoxy resin in a mass ratio of 2:1 and stirring for 30-50 minutes at a speed of 110-150 revolutions/minute to obtain resin mixed solution, (iii) adding the nano-scale graphene into the dispersion liquid in a mass ratio of 2-3:400-500, then performing a first ultrasonic oscillation for 1.5 3 hours under frequency of 40-60 kHZ to obtain primary dispersion, then re-adding primary dispersion into the dispersion liquid in a mass ratio of 200:50-80, heating and stirring at 45-55 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours at a stirring speed of 150-200 revolutions/minute to obtain secondary dispersion, then adding secondary dispersion into the resin mixed solution in a mass ratio of 1:30-60, stirring for 30-60 minutes at a speed of 150-200 revolutions/minute, and ultrasonic vibrating for second time, and oscillating for 1-2 hours under frequency of 60-88 kHZ to obtain graphene slurry, (iv) heating 30-55 pts. wt. ultra-fine active carbon particles at 120-160 degrees C for 2-3 hours and baking, then adding 15-35 pts. wt. polypropylene, stirring for 20 minutes, then cooling to 100 degrees C, adding 20-35 pts. wt. activated carbon fiber, stirring for 30 minutes, and then naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain active formaldehyde adsorbent, (v) uniformly spraying the graphene slurry onto the surface of the processed PVC wallpaper to a thickness of 1-2 mm, and naturally drying, (vi) spraying graphene slurry on the PVC wallpaper and drying, placing in liquid nitrogen and freezing for 1-8 minutes, (vii) uniformly spraying active formaldehyde adsorbent on PVC wallpaper surface to a thickness of 1-2 mm, and naturally drying, and (viii) placing the PVC wallpaper sprayed with active formaldehyde adsorbent and drying in an oven at 35-40 degrees C, then heating at a rate of 5 degrees C/minute to 70-80 degrees C, continuously drying for 25-35 minutes, drying and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
