NOVELTY - High performance graphene film comprises graphene particles, where the graphene particles comprise a layered graphene layer, and a spherical graphitized carbon microsphere embedded between the graphene layers. The spherical graphitized carbon microsphere is hollow structure. USE - The high performance graphene film is useful in a heat-conducting film material for heat dissipation in microelectronic field development. ADVANTAGE - The high performance graphene film has excellent heat-conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the high performance graphene film, comprising preparation of graphene particles by dispersing graphene oxide in water, then adding organic resin emulsion with solid content of 30-50%, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, filtering, drying to obtain precursor, graphitizing the precursor at high temperature to obtain graphene particles, dispersing the graphene particles and water-based acrylic ester liquid uniformly, and screen printing the product.
