NOVELTY - Device comprises a graphene transfer unit (200) for transferring graphene (210) into a chamber body (100); a support part (300) disposed under the graphene transfer unit and moving the graphene transfer unit in an upper or lower direction; and a substrate loading part transferred in the chamber body and disposed on the support part, on which the graphene transfer unit transferred into the chamber body is seated, where the substrate loading part includes a transfer substrate on which the graphene is transferred; and a jig (420) on which the transfer substrate is inserted into the seating groove to be seated. USE - The device is useful in graphene transfer method (claimed) for next-generation electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), touch screens and photodetectors. ADVANTAGE - The device and method shortens the working time according to the location of the graphene transfer unit, and improves the production and quality product having high charge transfer, excellent transmittance, excellent flexibility and strength, good bending characteristics and high sensitivity to light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene transfer method using the device.
