NOVELTY - The method involves preparing mixed-covered yarn in the form of DuPont's Lycra spandex yarn, polyester graphene yarn or nylon graphene yarn. The compression force is divided into three stages and gradually reduced in stages from the ankle to the upper direction along the wearer's leg so that elasticity, recovery and compression force are applied differentially. An expandable type (3) is knitted in the form of a band that wraps from the ankle to the thigh using the yarn. The lower and upper ends are knitted or woven so that band portions (31, 32) for preventing rolling up and flowing down are located at the end side, and knitted or woven to continuously extend to a middle pressure portion (34) and a weak pressure portion (35) to enable stepwise differential pressure. A rest of a calf and thigh space (36) is completed by knitting or weaving with a composite mesh tissue in a ratio of 3:1 or 1:1 except for the stepwise differential pressure pattern. USE - Method for manufacturing differential compression stocking in which blood circulation and swelling are improved due to temperature rise. ADVANTAGE - The method gradually reduces the pressure from ankle to knee or from ankle to thigh to promote blood circulation in the lower body and increases the effect of improving blood circulation and swelling due to the self-expressed temperature rise.
