▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrochemical sensor (1) has a substrate (100), a microfluidic chamber formed on the substrate, and a graphene layer (105). The graphene layer forms a wall of the microfluidic chamber and configured to act as a channel-region of a FET. The electrochemical sensor has a first electrode and a second electrode, which are positioned on the substrate on opposite sides of the microfluidic chamber and configured to act as a source and a drain of the FET, respectively. USE - Electrochemical sensor for use in microfluidic system. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical sensor uses flexible dry resist for adhering to substrates of different types, which enables the use of plastic substrates for providing flexible devices. The electrochemical sensor uses dry bio-compatible resists, which enables the production of devices that is used in the bio-medical field, for biological analyzes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a manufacturing method of a graphene-based electrochemical sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawings show the perspective view of the electrochemical sensor during the manufacturing process.
