▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of graphene hybrid material (16) involves exposing (10) a graphene precursor material to a laser source to form (12) laser-induced graphene which is derived from a precursor material and associating (14) pseudocapacitive material with the laser-induced graphene. USE - Production of graphene hybrid material used for electronic devices e.g. capacitors, super capacitors, micro supercapacitors, pseudo capacitors, batteries, micro batteries, lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, magnesium-ion batteries, electrodes, conductive electrodes, sensors, photovoltaic devices, electronic circuits, fuel cell devices, thermal management devices, biomedical devices, transistors and water splitting devices, preferably supercapacitors (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene hybrid material for electronic device has excellent capacitance, energy density, power density and retains its original capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene hybrid material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of production of graphene hybrid material.
