▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a three-dimensional (3D)-printable bovine bone-derived calcium phosphate biomimetic bone regeneration scaffold involves crushing bovine bone, calcining, and ball milling to obtain calcium phosphate powder derived from bovine bone. The obtained bovine bone-derived calcium phosphate powder is mixed with graphene oxide (GO), sodium alginate, and water to obtain a slurry. The obtained slurry is extruded by 3D printing, dehydrated and solidified to obtain a regenerated scaffold. USE - Method for preparing a 3D-printable bovine bone-derived calcium phosphate biomimetic bone regeneration scaffold. ADVANTAGE - The prepared 3D-printable bovine bone-derived calcium phosphate biomimetic bone regeneration scaffold has bovine bone-derived calcium phosphate and GO, that has good dispersion, and play a good synergistic effect on improving the mechanical properties of the scaffold and promoting cell proliferation and attachment.
