NOVELTY - The preparation of polyaniline nano tube/graphene composite material involves adding graphene oxide with deionized water in beaker, dispersing to obtain yellow brown graphene oxide dispersed liquid, adding oxalic acid to deionized water, stirring, adding aniline to hydrochloric acid, mixing to obtain mixed liquor, adding prepared dispersed liquid to mixed liquor, stirring to obtain uniform brown yellow mixture, dripping ammonium persulfate solution, mixing, adding oxalic acid to obtain reduced graphene oxide mixture, washing, suction filtering, vacuum drying and grinding collection. USE - Preparation of polyaniline nano tube/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of environmentally-friendly polyaniline nano tube/graphene composite material with high electrochemical performance by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of polyaniline nano tube/graphene composite material by using oxalic acid as template involves adding 0.02 g graphene oxide with 50 ml deionized water in beaker, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes to obtain yellow brown graphene oxide dispersed liquid, adding oxalic acid to 30 ml deionized water in flask, stirring at room temperature for 0.5 hour, transferring content to the ice water bath, adding 0.5 ml aniline to 2 ml hydrochloric acid with concentration of 1 mol/l, mixing for 0.5 hour in the ice bath to obtain mixed liquor, adding prepared graphene oxide dispersed liquid to the mixed liquor, stirring in ice water bath for 30 minutes to obtain uniform brown yellow mixture, dripping ammonium persulfate solution in uniform brown yellow mixture, uniformly mixing for 12 hours in the ice bath, adding again 0.4 g oxalic acid to obtain reduced graphene oxide mixture, filtering, washing with deionized water until liquid is neutral, adding 2 ml hydrochloric acid solution with concentration of 1 mol/l, stirring in water bath, washing product with deionized water, filtering until the filtrate is neutral, vacuum drying of filter cake at 50 degrees C for 24 hours in the box and grinding collection. The molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1:1. The ratio of oxalic acid and aniline is 0.1-5:1.
