▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - An anti-electromagnetic radiation self-cleaning multifunctional fabric comprises 25-30 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene-based carbon nanofiber, 20-30 pts. wt. nano silver antibacterial masterbatch, 15-20 pts. wt. silk fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 5-10 pts. wt. chitosan, 4-6 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. thickening agent, and 2-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - Anti-electromagnetic radiation self-cleaning multifunctional fabric. ADVANTAGE - The anti-electromagnetic radiation self-cleaning multifunctional fabric has excellent antibacterial performance, and can be prepared by a method, which is low in cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anti-electromagnetic radiation self-cleaning multifunctional fabric, which involves: (1) uniformly mixing bamboo charcoal fiber, graphene-based carbon nanofiber and silk fiber to form a mixed fiber; (2) adding nano silver antibacterial masterbatch, methyl cellulose, chitosan, dispersing agent, coupling agent, thickening agent, water-soluble binder and compatibilizer to the mixed fiber, stirring and blending to form a mixture solution; (3) adding the mixed solution to a screw extruder for melt extrusion, and conveying the molten melt into a spinning box to obtain a spinning; (4) cooling and solidifying the spinning to obtain filaments, and then boiling and drying to obtain radiation-proof fiber; and (5) weaving the radiation-proof fiber.
