NOVELTY - The switch has a graphene thin film (1) provided with a micro-optical annular cavity device (2). A micro-optical fiber is formed with a micro-optical structure, a single ring type annular cavity and a multi ring type annular cavity. The graphene thin film is covered on an upper part of the single ring type annular cavity. USE - Graphene assistant micro-fiber annular cavity light switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch has better photo thermal effect, light heat effect, high efficiency, wide application range and compact structure, and is inexpensive, utilizes the graphene thin film that produces ohmic heat and thermo-optic effect to change refractive rate in an effective and easy manner.
