▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polyaniline-graphene composite comprises obtaining polyaniline-graphene oxide composite by in-situ polymerization method comprising mixing sulfuric acid solution of aniline and aqueous solution of graphene oxide, supersonic dispersing, dropping ammonium persulfate and continuously supersonic treating, blending, reacting at room temperature, and obtaining polyaniline-graphene oxide composite; dispersing in water; adding hydrazine hydrate; heating in oil bath; and reacting. USE - Preparation of polyaniline-graphene composite (claimed) useful as electrode material product. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the combination of large specific area of graphene oxide and graphene and special capacitance characteristic of conductive polymer, solving the problem of loose structure of polyaniline and lower conductivity performance. It provides product, which is irregular-shape sheet-like product with microns width and 65 nm thickness. The polyaniline rods with 25 nm thickness and 30 nm height grow at two sides of the sheet layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyaniline-graphene composite comprises: (A) obtaining polyaniline-graphene oxide composite by in-situ polymerization method comprising mixing sulfuric acid (H2SO4) solution of aniline and aqueous solution of graphene oxide; supersonic dispersing; dropping ammonium persulfate and continuously supersonic treating for 1-20 minutes; transferring the system to magnetic blender to blend; reacting for 5-35 hours at room temperature; obtaining green precipitate; and after reaction, centrifuging and cleansing the product by secondary water and methanol to obtain polyaniline-graphene oxide composite, where mol ratio of aniline/H2SO4/ammonium persulfate is 1:1-5:0.1-1, and the concentration of graphene oxide is 0.1-0.5 mg/ml; and (B) dispersing polyaniline-graphene oxide composite in water; adding 50 wt.% hydrazine hydrate, where weight ratio of graphene oxide to hydrazine hydrate is 1:10-40; heating in oil bath at 60-120 degrees C; blending to react for 10-35 hours; after reaction, cleansing the product by secondary water and methanol; and obtaining blue precipitate i.e. polyaniline-graphene composite.
