▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous composite conductive ink comprises 4-6 pts. wt. aqueous-based graphene slurry, 2-4 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 15-30 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic emulsion, 0.1-1 pts. wt. pigment, 3-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent; where the aqueous graphene slurry has solid content of 5-6%, the aqueous acrylic resin has solid content of 33-36%, the aqueous acrylic emulsion has solid content of 44-46%, the auxiliary agent includes antifoaming agent, binder, leveling agent, adhesion promoter, and acid-base regulator. USE - Used as aqueous composite conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has more excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous composite conductive ink comprising (1) adding the aqueous acrylic resin and half of mass of the solvent into nano-grinding machine, grinding, adding the antifoaming agent, leveling agent and adhesion promoter in the auxiliary agent during grinding, and grinding the mixture for 30 minutes to obtain base material; (2) placing the aqueous graphene slurry and the conductive carbon black into dispersing machine, dispersing to fineness of less than or equal to 20 mu m to obtain conductive filler mixture; (3) adding the conductive filler mixture into the grinding base, adding the pigment, grinding for 10 minutes to obtain color paste, adding the binder in the auxiliary agent, and remaining solvent, grinding for 0.5-1 hours, until the fineness of the ink is less than 5 mu m, to obtain ink slurry; and (4) taking out the ink slurry, adding acid-base regulator, adjusting the pH to 7-7.5, and filter to obtain ink.
