NOVELTY - Furfural resin, boron phosphate, ammonium phosphate, aluminum phosphate and curing agent are preheated and stirred, to obtain furfural mixture. The furfural mixture is heated and cured, to form cured furfural mixture. The cured furfural mixture is vacuum carbonized, graphitized, slowly heated, graphitized, vacuum carbonized, cooled to 30-40 degrees C and processed in micromachine, to obtain graphene-based material product. USE - Preparation of graphene-like material used for heat insulation material, buffer material, electronic and mechanical devices and electrode of lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-like material with high yield by economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 100 pts. wt. Furfural resin, 2-4 pts. wt. boron phosphate, 4-5 pts. wt. ammonium phosphate, 3-6 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate and 2 pts. wt. curing agent are preheated at 26-38 degrees C and stirred, to obtain furfural mixture. The furfural mixture is heated at 60-100 degrees C for 8 hours, heated at 100-130 degrees C for 6 hours and cured, to form cured furfural mixture. The cured furfural mixture is vacuum carbonized, graphitized under vacuum of -0.1 MPa, slowly heated from room temperature to 200 degrees C at heating rate of 1-2 degrees C/4 minutes for 8-10 minutes, heated at 200-300 degrees C and heating rate of 2-3 degrees C/2 minutes for 9-12 minutes, heated at 300-650 degrees C and heating rate of 1-3 degrees C/5 minutes for 12-15 minutes, heated at 650-1000 degrees C and heating rate of 3-4 degrees C/6 minutes for 10-13 minutes, heated at 1000-1600 degrees C for 1-5 minutes, processed for 40-45 minutes, heated at 1600-2400 degrees C and heating rate of 8-10 degrees C/1 minute, graphitized, vacuum carbonized, cooled to 30-40 degrees C and processed in micromachine, to obtain graphene-based material product.
