NOVELTY - Sponge-based graphene/nano-silver composite material washing the sponge, cutting into squares, immersing in sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution, and vacuum drying, then adding poly(amidoamine) aqueous solution, ultrasonic mixing, reacting, washing, centrifuging and drying, rinsing with deionized water, drying, immersing the sponge in graphene oxide aqueous solution, rinsing with deionized water, drying, assembling a layer of graphene oxide/nano-silver on the surface of the sponge and repeating the above operation, washing, suction filtrating and vacuum drying. USE - The sponge-based graphene/nano-silver composite material is useful for electro-optical device and biomedical fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sponge-based graphene/nano-silver composite material is claimed. The sponge-based graphene/nano-silver composite material prepared by (i) washing the sponge, cutting into squares, immersing in a 1% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution for 24 hours, (bath ratio is 1:50) and vacuum drying, (ii) preparing 1-100 g/l silver nitrate solution, then adding 1-100 g/l poly(amidoamine) aqueous solution slowly, ultrasonic mixing, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 1-12 hours, washing with ethanol and deionized water repeatedly, centrifuging and drying to obtain nano-silver particles, and (iii) immersing step (i) sponge in 0.1-5% nano-silver particles aqueous solution for 30-60 minutes (bath ratio is 1:10), rinsing with deionized water after removal, drying, immersing the sponge in 1-20 g/l graphene oxide aqueous solution for 30-60 minutes (bath ratio is 1:10), rinsing with deionized water repeatedly, drying, assembling a layer of graphene oxide/nano-silver on the surface of the sponge and repeating the above operation, according to the need to determine sponge surface graphene oxide/nano-silver assembly layer, and placing in the reducing agent for reduction, washing, suction filtrating and vacuum drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sponge-based graphene/nano-silver composite material obtained by above method.
