NOVELTY - Metal rolling oil containing modified oxidized graphene comprises 85-90 pts. wt. base oil, 1-5 pts. wt. phosphorus-containing additive, 2-4 pts. wt. emulsifier, and 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, surface grafting of the modified oxidized graphene with a 12-22C alkyl, the modified graphene oxide to generate coordination compound in the base oil and the additives containing phosphorus. USE - Used as metal rolling oil containing modified oxidized graphene. ADVANTAGE - The rolling oil: has strong lubricating property; ensures the plate strip steel rolling at high speed and high pressure high rolling force and rolling reduction; has a glossy surface and high reflectivity; and ensures the cleanness of the mill. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing metal rolling oil containing modified oxidized graphene comprising mixing the base oil, raising the temperature to 80-92 degrees C, adding the modified graphene oxide and phosphorus-containing additive into the base oil, and the modified graphene oxide and additives containing phosphorus at 80-92 degrees C, dispersing in the base oil, adding the antioxidant to the base oil, completely dissolving in the base oil by mixing the antioxidant, and the cooling to 50-62 degrees C, adding the antirust, additive, auxiliary agent and emulsifying agent to the base oil, stirring uniformly to obtain the metal rolling oil.
