NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene multilayer barrier film comprises (1) taking alkynyl-based graphene and dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding copper sulfate pentahydrate and sodium ascorbate mixed solution, adding the dodecyl benzene sulfonyl azide and azide montmorillonite, washing and drying, (2) taking low density polyethylene, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, slipping agent, antistatic agent, compatibilizer and filler, mixing uniformly and drying to obtain the material B, using the material B as the outer polyethylene layer and the raw material of the inner polyethylene layer, taking ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin as barrier layer raw material based on the order of the outer polyethylene layer, the barrier layer and the inner polyethylene layer, melting by an extruder after filtering, co-extruding after casting sheet, sequentially longitudinal stretching, transversely stretching and cooling to obtain the film finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyethylene multilayer barrier film. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent oxygen, water vapor barrier property, mechanical property, antibacterial property and high practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyethylene multilayer barrier film comprises (1) taking alkynyl-based graphene and dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding copper sulfate pentahydrate, sodium ascorbate mixed solution, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the dodecyl benzene sulfonyl azide and azide montmorillonite, stirring and reacting at 60-70℃ for 6-8 hours, removing the solvent, washing and drying to obtain the filler, (2) taking low density polyethylene, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, slipping agent, antistatic agent, compatibilizer and filler, mixing uniformly and drying to obtain the material B, using the material B as the outer polyethylene layer and the raw material of the inner polyethylene layer, taking ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin as barrier layer raw material based on the order of the outer polyethylene layer, the barrier layer and the inner polyethylene layer, heating the raw material of each layer and melting by an extruder after filtering, co-extruding after casting sheet, sequentially longitudinal stretching, transversely stretching, heat setting at 110-120℃ and cooling to obtain the film finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a film, which is prepared by above method.
