NOVELTY - Bonding of graphene to shape memory polymer substrate involves providing graphene obtained by chemical vapor deposition growth on the surface of a metal foil, coating a precursor solution of the shape memory polymer substrate on the surface of the metal foil, curing the shape memory polymer precursor solution into a film, and etching the metal foil with an etching solution. USE - Bonding of graphene to shape memory polymer substrate used as anode for deformable flexible organic LED (all claimed).
