▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing conductive adhesive comprises e.g. mixing sodium nitrate powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, adding graphite powder and potassium permanganate powder, reacting, transferring reacted solution, adding warm water to solution in warm water bath, adding hydrogen peroxide solution to solution, washing the filter residue to obtain graphite oxide, dissolving resultant, dissolving graphite oxide in deionized water, performing sonication and adding glucose to colloid, stirring, adding silver ammonia solution to completely dissolved solution and stirring to obtain mixed solution, centrifugally mixed solution, drying and grinding to obtain nano-silver particle/graphene composite material, and mixing liquid epoxy resin, methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride and N-cyanoethyl-2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole to obtain matrix resin, and then taking matrix resin, then adding micron silver powder and nano-silver particle/graphene composite and stirring to obtain final product. USE - The conductive adhesive is useful in flexibly-packaged battery tab connection method. ADVANTAGE - The conductive adhesive: improves the production efficiency; and avoids the weld penetration or welding of unstable phenomenon occurs between the packaged battery lug and the pole piece. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive adhesive comprises (i) mixing sodium nitrate powder and concentrated sulfuric acid at a mass to volume ratio of 1:100, stirring until sodium nitrate is completely dissolved, and placing solution in an ice water bath, when the solution temperature is lower than 4 degrees C, then adding graphite powder and potassium permanganate powder as same amount of sodium nitrate, maintaining the solution temperature below 4 degrees C during the feeding process, and reacting for 4-6 hours, transferring the reacted solution to a warm water bath for 0.5-1 hour, adding 40-50 degrees C warm water to the solution in the warm water bath, maintaining the temperature of the solution not exceeding 100 degrees C during the warming water process, then adding hydrogen peroxide solution to the solution after warming water until the reaction is terminated and filtering to obtain filter residue, and washing the filter residue with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water until the cleaning solution is neutral to obtain graphite oxide, (ii) dissolving graphite oxide obtained in (i) in deionized water, and performing sonication for 1-2 hours until the formation of stable colloid having a concentration of 1 mg/ml and adding glucose to colloid, stirring until completely dissolved, adding silver ammonia solution to completely dissolved solution and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain mixed solution, centrifugally mixed solution, drying and grinding to obtain nano-silver particle/graphene composite material, (iii) mixing liquid epoxy resin, methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride and N-cyanoethyl-2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole at a mass ratio of 1:0.85:0.0185 to obtain matrix resin, and then taking 25-35 wt.% matrix resin, then adding 63.5-74.8 wt.% micron silver powder and 0.2-1.5 wt.% nano-silver particle/graphene composite obtained in the step (ii) and stirring to obtain final product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) conductive adhesive is obtained by above method; and (2) flexibly-packaged battery tab connection method, comprising (i) coating a layer of the conductive adhesive in a first calibration area of the tab of the flexibly-packaged battery, and (ii) coating the tab with the conductive adhesive bonding agent stuck on the pole piece flexibly-packaged battery.
