▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene loaded rhombohedral iron oxide composite material comprises a single layer graphene as base frame, and rhombohedral ferric oxide layer on both sides of graphene sheet with uniform growth, where the rhombohedral ferric oxide layer has particle size of 50 ~ 150 nm, surfaces based on parallelograms rule, and 60-80 wt.% ferric oxide. USE - Graphene loaded rhombohedral iron oxide composite material for use in lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high reversible capacity and better cycle performance, and is simple to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for hydro-thermal synthesis of a graphene loaded rhombohedral iron oxide composite material, which involves preparing a graphene oxide precursor, followed by pre-burning the precursor under the protection of inert atmosphere at 200-500 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain graphene powder, dissolving graphene powder in de-ionized water ultrasonically by stirring water-soluble iron salt to obtain mixed solution, stirring the mixed solution with 0.04 mol/l sodium acetate by using magnetic force stirrer for 0.5 hour to obtain homogeneous solution, transferring homogeneous solution into PTFE reaction kettle to carry out hydro-thermal reaction for 6-24 hours to obtain reaction solution, centrifuging the reaction solution to obtain supernatant, washing the supernatant by alcohol for 3 times and water for 3 times, followed by drying the washed supernatant to obtain a finished product.
