NOVELTY - A graphite tube comprises 65-70 pts. wt. graphite powder, 20-25 pts. wt. phenolic resin and 5-8 pts. wt. graphene. The graphite tube is prepared by taking graphite powder, phenolic resin and graphene, mixing graphite powder, phenolic resin and graphene, pulverizing, adding crushed material into mechanical feed box, putting the material into cutter to mix evenly, adding mixed material into extrusion molding die for extrusion molding to obtain pipe semi-finished product, testing semi-finished product, and obtaining finished graphite tube. USE - Graphite tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite tube has excellent corrosion resistance, excellent tensile strength, compressive mechanical properties, and high conductive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphite tube comprises 65-70 pts. wt. graphite powder, 20-25 pts. wt. phenolic resin and 5-8 pts. wt. graphene. The graphite tube is prepared by taking graphite powder, phenolic resin and graphene, mixing graphite powder, phenolic resin and graphene, pulverizing, adding crushed material into mechanical feed box, putting the material into cutter to mix evenly, controlling the current of mechanical material box between 10-20 amperes, adding mixed material into extrusion molding die for extrusion molding to obtain pipe semi-finished product, controlling die head temperature at 90-100 degrees C, controlling pipe outlet temperature at 180-200 degrees C, testing the pipe semi-finished product, removing defective portion according to the length of the saw, and obtaining finished graphite tube. The extrusion molding die comprises die head and pipe outlet section which are sequentially arranged.
