▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of large-sized carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid structure, involves using porous metal material as template, injecting liquid carbon source to obtain material (A), controlling reaction temperature at 900-1400 degrees C, injection rate of 0.1-1 ml/minute, argon/hydrogen flow ratio of 0.1-1, reaction time of 0.5-3 hours, cooling rate of 5-20 degrees C/minute and furnace temperature at 100-500 degrees C, (2) increasing furnace temperature to 700-1000 degrees C, carrying out secondary injection of liquid carbon source containing catalyst precursor and growth additive to grow carbon nanotubes, the concentration of catalyst precursor is 0.01-0.1 g/ml, the content of growth additive is 1-25 wt.%, controlling injection rate at 0.1-0.5 ml/minute, argon/hydrogen flow ratio of 1-10 and growth time of 0.1-3 hours, (3) soaking material obtained in step (2) in acid solution and etching off metal template. USE - Preparation of large-sized carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid structure used for lithium ion battery and biological sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of large-sized carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid structure ensuring high thermal conductivity and excellent performance by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly process.
