▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide (GO)-microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) composite adsorption ball comprises (i) dissolving sodium hydroxide and urea in deonized water, mixing and freezing to obtain first mixed solution, dissolving MCC in first mixed solution to obtain second mixed solution, and dissolving GO in second mixed solution to obtain GO-MCC complex mixed solution, where the ratio of GO and MCC is 1.2-50 and the concentration of GO in GO-MCC complex mixed solution is 0.0015-0.02 g/ml, (ii) mixing liquid paraffin and Span80 (Polysorbate 80) in mass ratio of 2-24:1 and stirring at 60-80degrees Celsius under rotating speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute for 20-60 minutes to obtain emulsifier, and (iii) adding GO-MCC complex mixed solution into emulsifier, preparing spherical composite material under rotating speed of 100-300 revolutions/minute, solidifying spherical composite material using ethanol, removing impurity on spherical composite material, curing, and freeze drying. USE - The method produces composite adsorption ball which is useful for processing heavy metal ion pollutants. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy. The composite adsorption ball has specific surface area of more than 372 m2/g, good mechanical performance and good adsorption effect, and solves environment problem caused by heavy metal ion pollutants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for GO-MCC composite adsorption ball prepared by the above method.
