NOVELTY - A polysulfide oligomer modified graphene oxide has graphene oxide surface modified by polysulfide oligomer. The mercapto group on polysulfide oligomer reacts with oxygen-containing functional group on graphene oxide. USE - The polysulfide oligomer modified graphene oxide is used for modifying polysulfide sealant (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the polysulfide oligomer modified graphene oxide comprising dispersing polysulfide oligomer and lamellar graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, adding 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol as catalyst, condensing and refluxing in three-mouth flask at 30-50 degrees C for 24 hours, mechanically stirring at rotating speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute (rpm), centrifuging product, washing with N,N-dimethylformamide, and freeze-drying; and (2) modifying polysulfide sealant using polysulfide oligomer modified graphene oxide comprising using polysulfide oligomer modified graphene oxide as filler, adding raw material system of polysulfide sealant, and modifying polysulfide rubber to improve mechanical property of polysulfide sealant.
