NOVELTY - High-wear-resistance cement-based composite coating comprises ordinary portland cement, acrylic emulsion, corundum powder, silica fume, graphene oxide, an early-strength water-reducing component, deionized water and other additives. USE - High-wear-resistance cement-based composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The composite coating alleviates the agglomeration of calcium ions and graphene oxide in cement by using silica fume and calcium hydroxide which undergo a secondary hydration reaction to form a gel, provides high strength and corrosion resistance by using corundum powder and calcium ion which undergoes in cement to form calcium aluminate, and also enhances the toughness and corrosion resistance of the coating after curing by using calcium aluminate, calcium silicate and large number of active groups which undergoes in graphene oxide undergo hydration reaction to form columnar or needle-like crystals connected with each other. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high wear-resistant cement-based composite coating, which involves: (1) placing ordinary portland cement and deionized water in a certain ratio in a stirring barrel, stirring at a rotating speed of 120 revolution per minute for 6 hours, and stirring to a uniform state to obtain a colloidal cement binder; (2) The acrylic emulsion is added into the colloidal cement binder, placed the colloidal cement binder into a stirring barrel, continuously stirred the colloidal cement binder at the speed of 80 revolution per minute, and gradually added corundum powder, silica fume, graphene oxide, early-strength water-reducing components and other additives in a certain ratio in the stirring process. (3) The obtained sticky matter is placed in a ball mill to perform ball milling for 2 hours at 380 revolution per minute.
