NOVELTY - Processing skid-proof and wear-resistant sole comprises (S1) adding rubber, polyurethane elastomer, modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), fumed silica, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and anti-aging agent into the torque rheometer for melt blending to obtain blended materials, and (S2) transferring the blended material to a mold, placing it on a flat vulcanizer for hot pressing, cooling and demolding to obtain a final product. USE - The method is useful for processing skid-proof and wear-resistant sole, which can be used in the field of rubber. ADVANTAGE - The prepared sole has high wear resistance and high aging resistance. The method solves the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene, improves the anti-skid and wear resistance of shoe soles and improves the hardness and processability of the sole, enables the modifier particles to be uniformly dispersed in the rubber, and improves the bonding force between the blend materials, and improves the performance of the blend.
