NOVELTY - Masterbatch comprises 20-40 pts. wt. polylactic acid base material, 10-15 pts. wt. anaerobic degradation auxiliary agent and 45-70 pts. wt. external component. The anaerobic degradation auxiliary agent is composed of nano-cellulose, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester, mannose, fructose, polylactide, graphene oxide and starch. USE - Used as masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch introduces plastic into biodegradation stage by chemical activity caused by bacteria, and leaves natural gas and bioenergy at end, so that plastic can be degraded in landfill site by anaerobic digestion, and can be degraded in seawater and wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the masterbatch, comprising: (i) mixing raw material in high speed mixer, and conveying to the extruder; (ii) setting extruding flow rate of extruder to 100-300 kg/h and screw speed to 300-600 revolutions/minute, processing at 210-240degrees Celsius, melting and extruding material by using 350-500 meshes filter screen; and (iii) pulling extruded material, cooling at room temperature, air-drying, cutting, vibrating and sieving, drying, homogenizing, and packaging.
