▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper ion detecting method involves utilizing graphene oxide based chip, preparing graphene oxide lattice slides, adding copper(II) ion to DNAzyme cleavage sequence having graphene oxide lattice slide with AuNP labeled amino-modified single-strand on one end to prepare a slide through hybridization process. The slide is placed in box to carry out chemical reaction to record fluorescence intensity of graphene oxide on the slide, adding different concentrations of copper ions to the treated slides and rinsing with ultrapure water, followed by recording copper ion concentration. USE - Method for detecting copper ion. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting copper ion with high sensitivity in a cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A copper ion detecting method involves utilizing graphene oxide based chip, preparing graphene oxide lattice slides, adding copper(II) ion to the DNAzyme cleavage sequence having graphene oxide lattice slide with AuNP labeled amino-modified single-strand on one end to prepare a slide through hybridization process. The slide is placed in box to carry out chemical reaction with ultra pure water for 12 hours and to record fluorescence intensity of graphene oxide on the slide as F2, adding different concentrations of copper ions to the treated slides and rinsing with ultrapure water for 15 minutes, followed by recording copper ion concentration after cutting action of graphene oxide.
