NOVELTY - Method for preparing a heterogeneous catalyst coating film, involves (a) dividing catalytic layer subregions, dividing the first catalytic layer into M catalytic layer subregions, and dividing the second catalytic layer into N catalytic layer subregions, (b) preparing a template corresponding to each catalytic layer subregion, (c) preparing a catalyst slurry corresponding to each catalytic layer subregion, (d) placing the first template on the surface of the proton exchange membrane, covering the surface of the proton exchange membrane by the hollow area of the first template which is the first catalytic layer subregion to be prepared, spraying the first catalyst slurry on the surface of the first template a hollow region forming a catalytic layer within the first subregion, removing the first template, and completing the catalytic layer of each subregion, and (e) coating the second catalytic layer on the other side of the proton exchange membrane to obtain the coating film. USE - The method is useful for preparing a heterogeneous catalyst coating film used in film electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and reliable and has high repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a heterogeneous catalyst coating film, involves (a) dividing catalytic layer subregions, where the catalyst coating membrane comprises a proton exchange membrane and a first catalytic layer and a second catalytic layer located on both sides of the proton exchange membrane, dividing the first catalytic layer into M catalytic layer subregions, M≥2, and dividing the second catalytic layer into N catalytic layer subregions, N≥1, (b) preparing a template corresponding to each catalytic layer subregion, each template comprises a hollow area capable of passing through the sprayed material and a solid area capable of blocking the sprayed material, (c) preparing a catalyst slurry corresponding to each catalytic layer subregion, each slurry comprises catalyst, ionic polymer and solvent, in different slurries, at least one difference, (d) placing the first template on the surface of the proton exchange membrane, covering the surface of the proton exchange membrane by the hollow area of the first template which is the first catalytic layer subregion to be prepared, spraying the corresponding first catalyst slurry on the surface of the first template a hollow region forming a catalytic layer within the first subregion, removing the first template, and completing the catalytic layer of each subregion, and (e) coating the second catalytic layer on the other side of the proton exchange membrane to obtain the heterogeneous catalyst coating membrane, where sequence exchange between steps (a)-(c), and the sequence between step (d)-(e) can be interchanged.
