NOVELTY - Sealant comprises 30-55 pts. wt. dry fine sand, 10-25 pts. wt. sludge, 12-20 pts. wt. cement, 2-10 pts. wt. rosin saponification, 4-12 pts. wt. granular aggregate, 0.05-5 pts. wt. graphene composition material, 10-20 pts. wt. paraffin phase change microsphere, 2-10 pts. wt. acrylic synthetic resin and 2-10 pts. wt. organosilicone emulsion. USE - Used as sealant. ADVANTAGE - The sealant adopts desert sand and recycled sludge accumulated in large washing sand factory, river and lake, absorbs formaldehyde, is environmentally-friendly, economical and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sealant, comprising (i) adding dry fine sand and silt to the feeding machine, crushing, drying in a drier and sieving with 200-300 mesh sieve to obtain powder material; (ii) taking rosin, sodium hydroxide and water into reaction kettle and heating at 160-190 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain brown transparent paste, taking paste in vacuum drying box with 93.3-98.6 kPa vacuum degree at 60-80 degrees C for 5-7 hours and crushing to obtain rosin saponification; and (iii) taking cement, powdery material prepared in step (i) and adding rosin saponified material obtained in step (ii) into the disperser, adding granular aggregates, graphene composition materials, paraffin phase change microspheres, acrylate synthetic resin and silicone emulsion and dispersing at 800-1200 rotations/minute for 15-20 minutes.
