NOVELTY - Producing composite nano-thin film, comprises (i) dispersing carboxylated graphene oxide and nano-particles in an organic solvent; (ii) spreading aqueous solution of iron ions on surface of dispersion liquid to obtain composite nano-films of graphene oxide or ferric ions or nanoparticles; (iii) performing Langmuir-Blodgett film (LB) forming method by transferring composite nano-films onto the substrate surface, and replacing ferric ion with ferric chloride; and (iv) performing chemical vapor polymerization deposition process of composite nano-thin in atmosphere of conductive polymer monomer. USE - The nano-thin film is useful in high capacitance electrode and gas-sensitive material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing composite nano-thin film, comprises (i) dispersing carboxylated graphene oxide and nano-particles in an organic solvent to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide-nano-particles dispersion liquid; (ii) spreading aqueous solution of iron ions on the surface of dispersion liquid to obtain composite nano-films of graphene oxide or ferric ions or nanoparticles; (iii) performing Langmuir-Blodgett film (LB) forming method by transferring at least a portion of composite nano-films onto the substrate surface, and replacing ferric ion with ferric chloride to obtain graphite oxide/ferric chloride/nano-particle composite nano-thin film; and (iv) performing chemical vapor polymerization deposition process of the composite nano-thin in atmosphere of conductive polymer monomer to obtain graphene oxide/conductive polymer/nano-particle composite nano thin film, and reducing the graphene oxide to obtain reduced graphene oxide/conductive polymer/nanoparticle composite nano-thin film.
