▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bismuth ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material is claimed. The absorbing material is composite material of reduced graphene oxide loaded bismuth ferrite particles. USE - The bismuth ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material is useful in wave absorbing. ADVANTAGE - The composite absorbing material: is excellent dielectric loss type stealth wave absorbing material; and satisfies impedance matching and electromagnetic wave attenuation characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bismuth ferrite/reduced graphene oxide (BiFeO3/RGO) composite absorbing material is claimed. The absorbing material is composite material of reduced graphene oxide loaded bismuth ferrite particles. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bismuth ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material, comprising adding bismuth ferrite powder and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into aqueous graphene oxide solution, then stirring and ultrasonic dispersing evenly, then hydrothermally reacting the resulting suspension, cooling to room temperature, washing and drying to obtain final product.
