▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device for electro-optic modulator has a device body comprising a graphene flat plate (1) and a substrate (2), where graphene is single layer of graphene growth or mechanical peeling. The substrate e.g. PDMS flexible substrate or PET flexible substrate, realizes dynamic stretching of the graphene. USE - Stress control technology based graphene plasmon signal modulator device. ADVANTAGE - The device is easy to configure and easy to be stretch so as to provide an ideal sub-wavelength signal modulation device. The device is simple in structure, and avoids need of additional processing so as to break limited bottleneck of the micro-nano processing technology, thus realizing free modulation of equivalent deexcitation signal in any direction in a surface.
