▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Reduction of nitrogen doped graphene and niobium pentoxide comprises mixing niobium pentoxide and potassium carbonate, heating at 600-1000 degrees C for 50-70 minutes, continuously heating at 1050-1300oC fir 1-10 hours, washing crude product with hot water, drying at 100-500 degrees C for 1-72 hours, dissolving crude product in 10-68 wt.% nitric acid, stirring, filtering, drying, adding 2-vinylpyridine, dispersing in water, stirring at room temperature, filtering, washing crude product with distilled water, drying, heating under argon gas and cooling. USE - Method for reducing nitrogen doped graphene and niobium pentoxide (claimed) used as intercalation catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has good catalytic effect, high stability, and high methanol tolerance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduction of nitrogen doped graphene and niobium pentoxide comprises mixing niobium pentoxide and potassium carbonate at mass ratio of 3:1-3:1.5, heating at 600-1000 degrees C for 50-70 minutes, continuously heating at 1050-1300oC fir 1-10 hours, washing crude product with hot water, drying at 100-500 degrees C for 1-72 hours, dissolving crude product in 10-68 wt.% nitric acid, stirring for 1-7 days, filtering, drying at 30-80 degrees C for 72 hours, adding 2-vinylpyridine at mass ratio of 1:0.2-1.5, dispersing in water, stirring at room temperature for 1-7 days, filtering, washing crude product with distilled water, drying for 1-72 hours, heating at 700-900 degrees C for 10 hours under argon gas and cooling.
