NOVELTY - The method involves arranging a silicon source on a surface of an oxidized graphite alkene self-assembly to obtain a layered graphene oxide-mesoporous silica composite material. A silicon dioxide is removed from the layered oxidized graphite alkene-mesoporous silica composite material via polymerization with carbon tetrachloride and ethylene in inert gas atmosphere to obtain a layered graphene-mesoporous carbon nitride composite material that is roasted with template agent to obtain a layered graphene-mesoporous metal nitride in the inert gas atmosphere. USE - Method for preparing multi-layer mesoporous metal nitride/graphene composite material of a super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving electrode material capacity about 876F/g and charging and discharging circulation capacity ratio about 95% and prolonging service life and circulation stability.
