▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Platinum-nitrogen-carbon based electrochemical catalyst comprises a carbon support, and an organic compound including platinum and nitrogen distributed on the carbon support. USE - The catalyst is used in the chlorine evolution reaction of a chlor-alkali process, and a production method. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: exhibits high activity and selectivity; and improves durability of an electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a production method of a platinum-nitrogen-carbon based electrochemical catalyst, comprising mixing a carbon support with a platinum-nitrogen precursor including platinum and nitrogen to obtain a carbon support mixture, and heat-treating the carbon support mixture.
