NOVELTY - Preparation of cast aluminum guide bar comprises adding aluminum-copper alloy base material into a smelting furnace; adding the aluminum to the molten aluminum copper alloy substrate and heating to a molten state; adding zinc-magnesium alloy and rhenium after the aluminum is in the molten state and heating; adding rare earth material and uniformly stirring to obtain molten aluminum alloy; adding graphene into the molten aluminum alloy, stirring, standing, and removing the slag on the surface of the molten metal alloy layer; and preheating the rotor iron core and casting the molten alloy mixed with graphene in the iron core groove of the rotor. USE - The method is used for preparing cast aluminum guide bar for motor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables adding rhenium in the aluminum alloy, through the action of iron and silicon in the rhenial and aluminum, so as to reduce the impurity in the crystal, thus improving the conductivity of the aluminium alloy. The method allows the graphene to be uniformly distributed in the alloy, thus forming good bonding interface, blocking the dislocation movement and crack propagation in the bonding interface stress process, reducing the gas and impurities in the metal alloy, thinning the crystal grain, improving the density of the alloy and promoting the inclusion phase to spheroidize, and hence reducing the surface tension of the steel alloy, increasing the fluidity of the iron core groove, and improving the heat processing performance of the copper alloy, and simplifying the casting difficulty, at the same time, and increasing the service life.
