NOVELTY - A rear disc brake material comprises phenolic resin, nitrile rubber, graphene oxide, lecithin, liquid paraffin, glutaraldehyde, cardanol-modified polyamide resin, sodium bicarbonate, silicon carbide, ceramic fiber, lignin fiber, microcrystalline cellulose, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, magnesium oxide, quartz sand, metal sulfide and ethyl methacrylate. USE - Rear disc brake material used as friction material in truck. ADVANTAGE - The rear disc brake material has improved high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A rear disc brake material comprises 10 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 3-7 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. lecithin, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. liquid paraffin, 2-7 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. cardanol-modified polyamide resin, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. sodium bicarbonate, 0.4-0.9 pt. wt. silicon carbide, 4-8 pts. wt. ceramic fiber, 3-9 pts. wt. lignin fiber, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 0.2-0.7 pt. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 2-6 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. quartz sand, 2-5 pts. wt. metal sulfide and 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. ethyl methacrylate.
