NOVELTY - Preparing absorbing glass microbeads comprises filling the wave absorbing material in a capsule to obtain the capsule wave absorbing material, mixing the capsule wave absorbing material, resin and curing agent to form a coating and coating on the hollow glass microspheres and then cured to obtain the wave-absorbing glass microspheres. USE - The method is useful for preparing absorbing glass microbeads. ADVANTAGE - The microbeads has strong wave absorption performance; ensures uniformity of the glass beads and inner hollow light weight; and avoids uneven pores and generate impurity peaks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: wave-absorbing glass micro-bead prepared as mentioned above; wave-absorbing filler comprising 60-90 pts. wt. wave-absorbing glass bead, 3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent and 6-36 pts. wt. resin; joint filling method of wave-absorbing splicing material, comprising filling wave-absorbing filler in the inner rubber gun barrel of the double-pipeglue gun, adding the structural adhesive into the rubber gun tube of the outer rubber gun tube of the double-tube rubber gun and extruding the double-tube glue gun at the same time to fill the gap; and (4) wave-absorbing splicing material, comprising gap of the wave-absorbing splicing plate filled by the gapfilling method.
