NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene hydraulic oil involves adding a defoamer, a dispersant and kerosene in a mass ratio of 0.5-3:0.5-3:1000 to a high-shear equipment, uniformly stirring, obtaining a product (A), adding graphene, a powder material and a heat stabilizer to product (A), obtaining a product (B), adding a base oil, an antioxidant and a wax to product (B), stirring to completely dissolve wax, obtaining a product (C), stirring-distilling product (C) for 15-60 minutes, cooling recovering product kerosene, distilling off kerosene by adding a defoamer, and uniformly mixing. USE - Preparation of graphene hydraulic oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene hydraulic oil having excellent anti-wear property and thermal performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene hydraulic oil involves adding a defoamer, a dispersant and kerosene in a mass ratio of 0.5-3:0.5-3:1000 to a high-shear equipment, uniformly stirring, obtaining a product (A), adding graphene, a powder material and a heat stabilizer to product (A), obtaining a product (B), adding a base oil, an antioxidant and a wax to product (B), stirring to completely dissolve wax, obtaining a product (C), stirring-distilling product (C) at 60-120 degrees C and -0.1 MPa to -1.5 MPa for 15-60 minutes, cooling recovering product from kerosene, distilling off kerosene by adding a defoamer, uniformly mixing and obtaining graphene hydraulic oil defoamer. The mass ratio of graphene, powder material, heat stabilizer and product (A) is 0.5-4:10-40:1-10:60-90. The mass ratio of base oil, antioxidant, wax and product (B) is 58-88:1-10:1-5:10-40. The mass ratio of defoamer and distilled kerosene is 0.5-5:1000. The defoamer is chosen from Span-80 (RTM: sorbitan monooleate), dimethicone, oil-based non-silicon defoamer DF-520 and oil-based non-silicon defoamer DF-530. The dispersant is triethylhexyl phosphate, dienyl succinimide T154, ethylene bis(stearamide), stearic acid monoglyceride, polyethylene glycol and monoalkenyl succinimide. The powder material is silica, talc and kaolin. The heat stabilizer is chosen from calcium-zinc complex heat stabilizer, dibasic lead stearate stabilizer and dibasic lead phosphite. The antioxidant is 2,6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol, bis(3,5-tertiary butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)sulfide, tetrakis( beta -(3,5-tertiary butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid)pentaerythritol ester, bis-dodecanol ester, tetradodecyl alcohol ester and dioctadecanol ester. The wax is paraffin, microcrystalline wax, vinyl acetate copolymer wax, zinc stearate and beeswax.
