NOVELTY - The method involves sieving graphene raw material. The sieved large sheet material is crushed. The graphene raw material is put into raw material dispersing agent for soaking. An expansion tank is connected with a negative pressure tank. A valve between the negative pressure tank and the expansion tank is opened when pressure difference between the expansion tank and the negative pressure tank reaches preset value. Positive pressure gas in the expansion tank is released into the negative pressure tank. The graphene material is put into an ultrasonic production line to perform cavitation crushing treatment. The solution after peeling by ultrasonic wave is pumped into a centrifugal rotational flow grading device by the pump. A filter bag is directly put into a heat pump dryer for drying to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for physically stripping graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing vacuum temperature change pressure difference expansion when water enters into the graphene the raw material, thus improving graphene stripping effect.
