NOVELTY - Preparing a carbon-based solid-state lithium-ion battery dry electrode sheet comprises dry anode sheet is prepared by mixing lithium-ion battery anode powder or cathode powder, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) binder, and conductive agent in a low-temperature mixer at a mass ratio of 90-96%:2-5%:1-5% below 0 °C, performing mixing, ultrasonic jet milling mixed dry powder using ultrasonic jet milling, kneading mixed dry powder in an organic solvent in a kneader to form a dough-type material, performing kneading, hot rolling, and hot laminating. USE - The method is useful for preparing dry electrode sheet of carbon-based solid-state lithium battery, which is useful in electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and hydrogen-powered vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-based solid-state lithium ion battery has high specific capacity, specific energy density and safety.
