NOVELTY - A graphene-containing hydrogenated nitrile rubber nanocomposite material comprises 100 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 3-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 60-120 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene/carbon nanotube paraffin oil, 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-15 pts. wt. crosslinking aid, and 2-5 pts. wt. peroxide vulcanizing agent. The graphene/carbon nanotube paraffin oil is a mixture of graphene, carbon nanotubes and paraffin oil. The graphene is a multi-layered graphene having diameter of 1-10 microns and the number of layers is 2-50 layers. USE - Graphene-containing hydrogenated nitrile rubber nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing hydrogenated nitrile rubber nanocomposite material has excellent high frequency loss factor, resistant to high-frequency vibration fatigue performance, and anti-tearing performance, and is prepared by simple, economical and industrial process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-containing hydrogenated nitrile rubber nanocomposite material comprises 100 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 3-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 60-120 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene/carbon nanotube paraffin oil, 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-15 pts. wt. crosslinking aid, and 2-5 pts. wt. peroxide vulcanizing agent. The graphene/carbon nanotube paraffin oil is a mixture of graphene, carbon nanotubes and paraffin oil. The graphene is a multi-layered graphene having diameter of 1-10 microns and the number of layers is 2-50 layers. The carbon nanotubes are multi-walled carbon nanotubes with diameter of 20-40 nm. The paraffin oil has a viscosity of 6000-10000 cps. The graphene/carbon nanotube paraffin oil is prepared by (1) weighing graphene and carbon nano tubes according to mass ratio of 1:3-1:1, and mixing to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube mixture, (2) adding graphene/carbon nanotube mixture and paraffin oil to a container according to the mass ratio 20:100-50:100, stirring at 40-60 degrees C and 1000 rpm using a rotating stirrer, and stirring at speed of 200 rpm for 0.5-4 hours. The graphene-containing hydrogenated nitrile rubber nanocomposite material is prepared by (1) weighing each raw material according to the proportion, (2) adding hydrogenated nitrile rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, carbon black, graphene/carbon nanotube paraffin oil, antioxidant and crosslinking aid to the mixer, mixing at 60-90 degrees C for 10-80 minutes, and discharging to obtain mixture, and (3) adding the mixture to a two roll mill, adding peroxide vulcanizing agent, controlling the roller temperature at 40-50 degrees C, and mixing for 10-20 minutes.
