▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Purifying graphene nanoribbons, comprises contacting a composition comprising graphene nanoribbons GNR1 and one or more contaminants with a liquid medium comprising a dispersant, dispersing the graphene nanoribbons GNR1 in the liquid medium so as to obtain a liquid dispersion of the graphene nanoribbons GNR1, and subjecting the liquid dispersion of the graphene nanoribbons GNR1 to a separation treatment so as to at least partly remove the one or more contaminants for obtaining a liquid dispersion of purified graphene nanoribbons GNR1. USE - The method is useful for purifying graphene nanoribbons, where the purified graphene nanoribbons are useful in a liquid dispersion for an electronic, optical or optoelectronic device (all claimed), preferably FET, photovoltaic devices and light-emitting devices. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of easily purifying the graphene nanoribbons. The purified graphene nanoribbons can be deposited on a substrate of the electronic, optical or optoelectronic device in a controlled and well-defined manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a liquid dispersion of purified graphene nanoribbons GNR1 obtainable by the above method; and (2) depositing graphene nanoribbons, comprising providing a liquid dispersion of purified graphene nanoribbons GNR1, and depositing the purified graphene nanoribbons GNR1 on a substrate.
