▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-enhanced light-stable amphoteric acrylic leather retanning agent comprises modified acrylic acid, acrylic acid, acrylamide and acrylonitrile monomers in the mass ratio of (1-3):(2-5):(0-2):(0-2), and is made by free radical emulsion polymerization, the surface is gray emulsion, and the solid content is 40-50%. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced light stable amphoteric acrylic leather retanning agent. ADVANTAGE - The retanning agent has high leather penetration efficiency, improved light stability efficiency of the material, reduced the aging attack of the ultraviolet to the leather, increased the multiple of reaction sites, enhanced the binding ability of acrylic retanning agent and metal ion, and improves the coloring force of leather surface and the phenomenon of color. The leather after retanning with retanning agent has improved elongation at break at more than 50%, is environment-friendly and pollution-free, and has wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene-enhanced light-stable amphoteric acrylic leather retanning agent, comprising (i) synthesizing modified acrylic monomer: in a three-necked flask equipped with a condenser and mechanical stirring, adding graphene oxide and the polar organic solvent in the mass ratio of (0.1-0.5):20, stirring and dispersing fully to obtain mixed solution A; heating the solution A to 50-70 degrees C while stirring, and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain the mixed solution B; adding alkaline compound to solution B and dissolving it, adjusting the pH to 9-10, adding UV absorber into graphene oxide in a mass ratio of (3-8):1, reacting to 50-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain a black paste reaction product, and drying; (ii) in a three-necked flask equipped with a condenser, mechanical stirrer and constant pressure funnel, adding modified acrylic acid, acrylic acid, acrylamide, acrylonitrile monomers; adding emulsifier and distilled water into the stirring device, adding 20-30 g acrylic mixed monomer dropwise; reacting at 40-50 degrees C, insulating for 0.5-1 hours after the monomer dropwise addition is completed, then adding 0.1-0.5 g water dropwise to initiate rinse, heating to 70-90 degrees C, and reacting at this temperature for 3-5 hours; and vacuum distilling to remove part of the reaction water.
