NOVELTY - Low-carbon environmentally-friendly high-performance rubber composition, comprises 0-100 pts. wt. natural rubber and/or diene-based synthetic rubber, 35-80 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-18 pts. wt. special filler, 3-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-6 pts. wt. insoluble sulfur, and 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator, where the special filler is 0.2-3 pts. wt. acylhydrazone and/or 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified carbon-based composite materials; or the special filler includes 0.1-3 pts. wt. acylhydrazone and/or 0.1-12 pts. wt. modified carbon-based composite materials; or the special filler includes 0.1-3 pts. wt. acylhydrazone and/or 1-15 pts. wt. nitrogen compounds; where the filler is 20-60 pts. wt. carbon black and/or 0-40 pts. wt. silicon dioxide; or filler is 40-60 pts. wt. carbon black and/or 0-20 pts. wt. white carbon black; or the filler is 30-50 pts. wt. carbon black and/or 5-20 pts. wt. white carbon black. USE - The low-carbon environmentally-friendly high-performance rubber composition is useful in preparing low rolling resistance tires (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tire prepared by the low-carbon environmentally-friendly high-performance rubber composition has excellent durability and safety in use; has both excellent low hysteresis loss and high thermal conductivity; guarantees the requirements of the mechanical properties of the rubber compound; and has excellent durability and safety in use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing low-carbon environmentally-friendly high-performance rubber composition, comprising (i) mixing natural rubber and/or diene-based synthetic rubber, carbon black, and special fillers, where the speed is 20-80 revolutions per minute, the mixing time is no more than 4.5 minutes, and the de-binding temperature is 110-165 ℃, (ii) mixing the first-stage masterbatch obtained at a speed of 20-80 revolutions per minute for 20-30 seconds, then adding white carbon black or silicon dioxide, zinc oxide, antioxidant and other small medicines to obtain second-stage masterbatch, where the mixing time should not exceed 4.5 minutes, and the glue discharge temperature is 110-165 ℃, and (iii) adding the second-stage masterbatch, sulfur and accelerator into a internal mixer, where the speed is 10-50 revolutions per minute, and the de-binding temperature is 90-120 ℃.
