NOVELTY - The present invention provides a rubber composition and method of manufacturing and energy saving tire thereof. The rubber composition includes a rubber and a rubber reinforcement agent. The rubber reinforcement agent includes graphene oxide and carbon black. The graphene oxide has an oxygen content ranging from 1% to 10%, and the content of the graphene oxide is lesser then 5 parts by weight. The rubber composition is further vulcanized to form a tire, achieving a rolling resistance reduction, thereby saving energy consumption.
