NOVELTY - The ceramic heating element comprises a ceramic rod base and a resistance heating element arranged on the surface of the ceramic rod base. The resistance heating element includes a base material, a heating metal material and an additive. The matrix material is selected from at least one of titanium carbon compounds and graphene. The metal heating material is selected from at least one of tungsten, nickel, cobalt and chromium, and the additive is selected from ruthenium, tellurium, and germanium. The material of the ceramic rod base is at least one of alumina, silicon nitride, glass, aluminum nitride, and silicon carbide. The amount of resistance heating elements close to the tapered end in the length direction of the ceramic rod base is larger than the other end. USE - Ceramic heating element. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic heating element has the same and low temperature coefficient of resistance, which can ensure that the resistance is subjected to a small change in the temperature during use, thus making a circuit simple, and the overall heating reliability high.
